So well written. Much more than I expected!

A wealth of information. He's not trying to push a bunch of products on us but I must admit I went to his website to order nuts. I love science and I can tell the author does too.

I don't think you'll be disappointed if you are truly looking to improve your health.

I'll probably listen to the book again. Don't miss the included pdf!

Another Must have survival tool. Well done!

Changed my life

This book has absolutely changed my life. I have lost 20 pounds in the last year and moving to a plant based diet has expedited my weight loss and goal to a truly healthy lifestyle. Not only am I eating better but I'm having fun doing it and getting excited about farmers markets and field picking days from my local farms. It has also pushed me towards a much less wasteful lifestyle as well, I am finding myself putting importance on reusable items in as many aspects of my life as possible. This book really does have all the answers to get you towards a super life. You just have to apply it! Love Love Love!

Amazing.
