We use it every night.
We use this book every night to put our 4 year old to sleep. She will not fall asleep without it. She says, “Mommy, can I have meditation?” If I try another one she refuses to listen to it. We are completely satisfied!

Amazing
We are about a week into listening to this and my daughter loves this! She was having trouble turning down for bed and this is working really well for her. Now she lays and practiced these meditations and is usually asleep before it finishes!
