Great for sleep
Very nice for getting to sleep fast. I've tried other ways and other audiobook, but I really enjoy the beach theme for this particular audiobook. It's got a theme that makes it easy to fall asleep. Low volume is best though.

This is a mind-boggling manual. If you have gone over this region of the middle, and you are set up for it, there is no better introduction to mind than this book.
