Guided meditation

Most people don't know this but guided meditation is really an awesome way to let go off stress and is also helpful in helping you to get to sleep faster and peacefully

This book really helps...

My wife and I listened to this book last night when neither of us could sleep. This morning we both woke about the same time and said wow, I had a good nights sleep. We will listen to this book many times I'm sure, because this book really works. We both highly recommend this book to everyone.
