good book set.

I find this book set very informative, helpful and interesting for all the people who want to know about how to lose weight successfully within a short period of time with the Mediterranean Diet. I like how the book is written in a very practical and well-guided way. Thanks to Serena Baker for this great book set. I found many useful things inside the book.
