Good explanation..

If you want to lose your weight and burning fat then get this book. Its will guide you about that. Its a good book for burning fat. Its giving some important info for losing weight. There are all the more experimentally exhaustive books out there. I get myself two weeks in feeling like I have really discovered my direction. The ideal individual to disclose to you why Intermittent Fasting specifically imperative. I did a lot of research before buying books on fasting, and this one came highly recommended. I enjoyed listening it and the message resonated with me.

Powerful & Simple!!!

This book will help you learn and understand more about Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting. I found this book useful. This book will discuss everything that you need to know to get started with intermittent fasting. This is a great diet plan that focuses more on the time to eat foods as opposed to the actual food you are eating. All the information is laid out in easy to understand term and gives you all the tools to become healthier. They provide all the essential information that we should know to be successful in this field.

Full set of information

It was very interesting to listen about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to listen the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me. Started the fasting program and it is working! The info on the benefits of fasting is nothing new, but how he explains this type of fasting that you can easily apply it to your life is great.

Well packaged

The information was presented in a clear, straightforward way. I feel confident about working with intermittent fasting, and now I know where to look for more in depth information and support. The research indicates a metabolic link with dementia, cancer and diabetes that intermittent fasting can help interrupt and reverse. I feel much more hopeful about living longer. Thanks for share all this information with people like me.

This audio book is mega-thorough

This book exceeded my expectations! For someone just starting out, I wanted to get going, but there is tons of information I am having to wade through just to find square-one. If you want to get going on the Keto diet, you might want a more basic book to begin with; this one would be good for someone who wants to TEACH the Keto diet. You will learn a lot from it.

Effective

Ketogenic diet ans d intermittent fasting have been an effective diet ever since. So I think this book is a perfect reference to get the desired results of both weight loss methods. This is really adorable and worth having. I believe the are effect methods of losing extra fats. If you want to lose your weight so fast i will surly recommended this audio book.

Best Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting Guide

These are super delicious ketogenic recipes along with intermittent diet plan they doing rapid action in weight loss and low carb. It's the perfect book to complement the books that explain the theory, biological processes, supplementation, and scientific studies backing a Keto diet. It is full of healthy recipes, which I love. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life. In fact, I've got a beneficial result after following the instructions of this book. I feel so much better now.

An essential book if you want to learn about Keto

I believe that this book did a great job describing how Keto dieting and intermittent fasting started, the basics to use to be successful, and the hurdles that you might come across while adjusting to the lifestyle for the first time.

How to be mindful of what you’re eating and when was really helpful because I know that’s hard for me to do often. This book was excellent in explaining how ketones are built up in your system and affect you in different ways. The way that intermittent fasting goes hand in hand with the diet was easy to do from what I heard.

I’ve tried a lot of different diets before, and this book made me want to try a Keto diet and fasting. I’m glad I picked up this book because it took the scientific stuff and made it enjoyable. I like the recipe ideas and the links to the ingredients in the index. The fact that the authors took the time to do that was helpful, so I didn’t have to come up with ideas on my own.

Craig would does a good job overall, even if his delivery was a little flat. I wish the narrator put a bit more of himself in his narrating.

If you’re curious at all about ketones, (like I was), give this book a listen, and I’m recommending all of my friends to give it a listen too.

This book probably saved my life

Excellent book. I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life.
