I would listen to Gluten Free Fitness again if I was a beginner for sure. The humor in the personal story by Scott Jay Marshall gives you a feeling that he has struggled (and survived) the challenge of starting a gluten free lifestyle. I also feel that he explains things in a way that anyone can understand.
The most memorable moment of Gluten Free Fitness is the feeling that he was just like you when you first learn of having to live this way, and that you feel that it is perfectly do-able.
Maurice R. Cravens II narrating the book has allowed me to have free hands to get things done while still getting all of the books information. Mr. Cravens II has a deep voice that is not harsh or annoying (easy to listen to).
