KB Mac is a pen name for Kevin Barry Maguire, the best-selling author of Aftermath of Disaster. Kevin started dieting back in 2011 weighing in at approximately 300 pounds at 5' 7". He started out on a paleo diet and later switched to keto. While similar, they do have differences. He made it all the way down to 150 pounds and saw his ribs. For the first time in his life he had to gain weight. It was an odd feeling. Kevin tries to maintain his weight between a healthy 160 and 170 pounds now. His mother-in-law doesn't make it easy.
