Great book for couples!

This book is a great guide to help or improve couples' relationships. It also helps make you a better person as you uncover your true self as well as overcome your fears and doubts. What I like about this book is that it provides methods on effective communication which I believe is a great factor when it comes to relationships. So if you want your relationship to grow without anxiety then grab a copy of this book. Very much recommended!

I found the anxious attachment overview to be useful. Having this knowledge helps me understand interactions with others in my life. The author provides practical tips for improved communication. Three very useful steps!

This is such a great guide to overcoming anxious attachment. This is something I personally have struggled with most of my life. As time has passed, I’ve been able to work through a lot of it but this guide really provides three very effective steps to take to achieve the ultimate goal of overcoming it completely.

I specifically struggle with communication and the tips and resources outlined in step 2 are incredibly helpful. I will certainly be revisiting this audiobook and begin implementing the practices immediately

Stuck on You!!!

Krista Cantell has written a great book. I love the narration by Jennifer Perez.

After 20 years of marriage you never know.....honestly that is how i felt. My wife and I listened to this book together an frankly it really helped us with ideas on how to improve what was already fairly strong. We especially liked the section on effective communication because over the years when we had breakdowns in our communication our marriage life suffered.

However the best part of the book to us without question was the activities outlined by Krista Cantell to help build connection. While we have a strong connection and do a lot of things together this list certainly added to those items and will help us tremendously in the future.

This is a great book that we highly recommend.
