Empowering

In Disorganized Attachment No More!, Taha Zaid offers a comprehensive blueprint for transforming disorganized attachment patterns into secure and healthy relationships. The author describes Disorganized Attachment Disorder as a condition that directly results from childhood experiences or experiences one had later in life.
The book is a practical guide that encourages readers to take control of their overflowing emotions and understand their attachment patterns. Zaid states that understanding and recognizing these patterns and learning coping behaviors gives you a much better chance at a stable, fulfilling relationship.
The book is also aimed at people in a relationship with someone experiencing this type of attachment disorder. Zaid explores how accumulated negativity from our past experiences, spanning from childhood to the present, clouds our decision-making and perception of life. This made sense to me; if a child experiences insecure or ambivalent attachment as a child, it’s natural to assume that they will have attachment issues throughout life if not addressed.
At the beginning of the introduction, the author offers a whole host of free addons: free access to his best-seller book and audiobook, guaranteed access to upcoming books and material, and an invitation to a private fb group for ongoing support.
There is a lot to like about this book; it focuses on the treatability of this disorder and presents readers with an opportunity to transcend disorganized attachment and develop a healthier relationship by understanding and addressing their own behaviors.

Narrator issue

The narrator has a nice voice, but I wish he would soften his G’s. This very distracting and irritating when he uses a hard G at the end of the word. Also, the word partner has a T in it.

Excellent work

Relationships are not easy.
They are the most natural way of interfacing with the world, but each of us carries a huge amount of baggage that we often do not understand.
I am not only talking about romantic relationships but also friendship, and work relationships.
When you spend enough time with someone, patterns emerge, circumstances that each of us experiences differently, to which each of us reacts differently.
Only with active listening, goodwill, and a willingness to support each other can healthy, lasting, and valuable relationships develop.
Zaid is truly a professional in the field. From listening to this book, his knowledge of the subject emerges; he guides us through understanding this disorder with kindness and awareness because even the deepest wounds can be healed and need not be an obstacle to a life of wholeness.
Excellent work.

Disorganized Attachment

Attachment issues start at an early age as children grow up. They have trouble starting and staying in healthy relationships. This book is chalked full of knowledge and instructions to help guide a person to enter into healthy relationships. by pointing out the importance that effective communication plays in this, by fostering personal growth, confidence, and a better feeling of your inner self. This book explores how people may unknowingly find themselves in an unhealthy relationship due the their exposure to negative attachments in their developing years as a child.
