The Mother Daughter Relationship
It breaks my heart that books like these need to be written, but I sure am happy to see that they are. I believe the mother and daughter relationship is to be sacred and invaluable. This author dove deep in how daughters who did not get the proper love and attention can break free from those chains of low self-esteem and feelings of being unworthy of proper love. I recommend this book to all adult daughters of narcissistic mothers.
