Very-well structured with lots of useful tips

"Set Boundaries in Your Relationship" has so much to offer. Whether you are a people pleaser with all the baggage that comes with the title, have difficulties making decisions in your relationships or have difficulties setting healthy boundaries, this book can help. After providing lots of useful information on the subject of boundaries, the book also offers meditations and affirmations which, is very important, in my opinion, because it stresses out the importance of self-awareness in any relationships.
It's a very well-structured book and the narration is amazing. The narrator's voice is soothing and encouraging.
Highly recommend.

The best you can

Being a stubborn middle-aged man I have read many books in the self-help genre. While I'm a firm believer of finding the answers to life's dilemmas internally, in order to change and challenge our own views of the world, we need to be open minded enough to entertain new information.

Getting advice on how to handle setting boundaries and prioritize the balance of your needs versus the needs of others, I feel, is best gained through a book. There's no need or stress to live up to a book's expectations. You can take the information and advice given by it at your own control and pace. Furthermore, you can take the time to reflect on what the book teaches and decide for yourself what reflects best on your own situations in life.

Having listened through this particular book. I believe it provides everything mentioned and more, if you are ready to listen to both it's words and your own self

This should be read by all adults.

This audiobook is a must read for everyone. I will be getting my son to listen to it when he is older. It teaches something quite simple but something alot of us struggle with for one reason or another. If you struggle with maintaining healthy realtionships or have friends that do please gift them this audio and do them a favour. Highly recommend this!

I needed this more than anyone

How many times do we get ran over losing all of our energy. The fear of disappointing others makes many of us feel terrible saying no to those around us. But if you don't learn this boundaries everyone will surely run you over. This audio was superb to give you those alternate solutions that we're all looking for but perhaps haven't realized all the options yet. Its true we need to safeguard our personal health and our minds by reinforcing these wonderful skills to enhance our very own respect. Although there's areas of this audio talking about how to nurture love and maintain that proactive environment. It'll teach you how to communicate your needs, wants, challenges and how to be supportive for those you love or to teach them how to support you.
