Great exercises !

I bought this book to get my mother moving a bit. The exercises and information are really attainable, she's loving it! I have several workouts I can help her with, and they'll work on every part of her body. Perfect for seniors of any fitness level, and a great variety as well. Highly recommended!

my mum loved it

I gifted this to my mother who has recently joined the gym. she liked the idea of only 7 mins exercise to help keep her young as she says, she has a lot more energy about her and feeling good, thanks to this book. the training program provides a strategy for staying active, fit, and independent throughout old age and is easy to follow

Practical, Helpful Exercises

Bought this for my parents who are both now over 60, and are seeking ways to keep in shape during COVID. Someone had recommended this to me who got it for his parents, and figured why not give it a shot. My parents love it, they apparently can do the exercises daily, and there are a large enough variety that different muscle groups are effectively targeted.

The narrator is easy to understand and follow, and the progression of the exercises works with the body, without straining or over exerting. Very happy with this.

Wonderful Fitness book!

This book delivers a healthier body in 7 days. The book flows and has great information on simple exercises to keep one in shape. I like the layout and the way the message is delivered and hope they produce more in the future.

Fantastic

Not being over 60 yet but on my way and I found this listen very enjoyable. I am a certified fitness instructor and found this information to be very accurate and beneficial for the aging population. Brilliant!

I got this book to help my mother on her health journey. This audiobook is easy for her to follow and she is feeling better every day. She went years without exercise and now she is strengthening her muscles and she is full of more energy than she thought she could have. Really fun, and really helpful

I got this book to help some of the older folks in my life get the exercise they need. There is excellent advice in here for strength training, for heart health, for flexibility. And I love that it's focused on older people. It's a great idea. I hope a ton of people read it. Great narrator also. Recommend!!
