Good information if you can follow

Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable about this subject and has lots of information to share. Unfortunately there are just so many details with exact numbers and such, it is nearly impossible to follow all the advice and information coming your way. I wish he had just broken the plan down into an easier format. I think this would be a better read with a physical book. I had the same proplem with Undoctored by Dr Davis. He also spends quite a bit of time repeating the same information to drive home a point. I don't really need too much convincing. I'm here listening because I am already a convert to the importance of the microbiome. The yogurt is fantastic though! So for sure, get this info in one form or another.

A Must Read Book

The book is a Clarion call to all. It underscores the importance of Gut health and describes how to cultivate a healthy micro biome. Will be trying out the recipes.

Amazing book!!

I absolutely loved this book. I liked it so much that I bought paper version to access the recipes and take notes! I am very much looking forward to starting this 4 week protocol!!

Healthcare practitioner approved!

As a healthcare practitioner (a chiropractor) I have seen the detriment of poor gut health and the benefits of good gut health in both myself and my patients. Dr. Davis does a phenomenal job distilling the information to make it easy to understand for the layperson. If you don’t have any background in gut health, then listening to Wheat Belly would help.

I am excited to try his yogurt recipes and I’m thankful that he included these in this book. It was a great touch that he sourced the probiotics and other supplements to make it easy for anyone to find them.

Gut health is the core to our health.

So glad I got this!

I pre-ordered this book on the recommendation of Ben Greenfield and I'm glad I did. I loved wheat belly, and combining these two methodologies seems to be a great way to take strides towards your optimal health. Definitely making these yogurt recipes!

Good recipes

I chose this book because of its involvement with fermentation. It started off a bit technical, but then took off to explain the microbiome of the small intestine and the problems of bacterial and fungal overgrowth. I enjoyed the back half of the book where it explains the different probiotic bacteria, why they are important, and how to ferment and establish them.

Does it work?

What a powerful book and tremendous message in our day. Now on to the testing of the many hypothesis methods set forth. If the 4 weeks that are laid out can be repeated and yield the actual results that many have claimed… this is one of the more powerful set of core beliefs that one seeking health should investigate. Now it’s my turn to test, see my results and potentially list my moment at a later time. I’m hopes of updating in 4 weeks with wild and great results, this is a must read even if it’s just for anecdotal open minded hope for a better gut health future. Kind regards.
