She gives up drugs and moves back home with her mother, abandoning her friends, her boyfriend, and the lifestyle that she came to depend on. Her only clean friend pushes her to train for a 10K with him, and surprisingly, she likes it and decides to run her first marathon after that.

Long distance running is much like any other fitness training. If you want to improve, you need a good plan that has a progressive nature. If you are new to this game, you need a solid foundation to build on. Having a running program is not the only thing that you need. Sound advice and running tips should be taken from someone who has "walked the walk", or in this case, "ran the run".

Gaining back weight after a significant weight loss can be devastating and depressing. It's easy to feel like a failure and scary to think about attempting to lose weight again. Like the other audiobooks in this series, the author is going to get real with you about her own struggle to lose weight and this does include a period of weight gain. She then takes you through a process that will help you to move on from your mistakes and get motivated to be back on track for changing your life.
This audiobook, like the previous volumes, is a quick listen told from a very real perspective.

Story62
In Intervention, Dan described how he evaluates adults and suggests course corrections to improve the basics. He followed that with Can You Go? where he addressed assessments trainers and coaches might use with their clients and athletes. Now, in Now What? Dan loops back around to tell us what to do next. You've brought your clients up to the minimum standards. You've done your assessments. Now what? That's the question Dan answers in this book, the third installment of this series.
