My favorite podcast ever!

I love Mark and Melissa Dejesus. The content they provide to listeners is life changing. I've been a follower of their youtube channel since 2019 and I listen to their content daily. Mark is an excellent teacher and he covers a lot of mental health topics that I have really never heard anyone teach on in the Christian world. Helped me to understand the battle I was facing during a transitioning time in my life.
Highly recommend his podcast and books!

Lessons helped Me with Trauma and PAST

I enjoy listening to these words. They brought my mind out of some dark places, views I had about myself. Titles I can go back to anytime my mind wonders back to pain, loneliness, spouse abandonment I am a codependent of an addict who did not love me. 30 years of my life who I loved and these have helped me to see I was a good wife doing the best I could in a horrible situation. I gave him grace, love forgiveness but he was not able to me and I lost who I was my mind and his mouth reminded me for years. I am thankful I ran across Mark Dejesus he opened my eyes that I AM NORMAL and my actions were a reaction to something I can not and could not ever controll. God grace is wonderful and I need to allow that to heal me. Therapy helps so much but to relisten when I need a reminder is 1000x better.
