    In this episode, I speak with Beaufort Fire Fighter and Endurance athlete, Ross Vezin. Ross acts as chief administrator for the Beaufort Fire Department, and has been serving as a fire fighter since he was 18 years old. Along with the sacrifice that fire fighters have to make, we also discuss how fitness is an integral part in every firefighter's life in order for them to save lives and fight fires. We also discussed Ross's love for endurance sports like Triathalons and Ultra-marathons which Ross has been quite successful with as a competitor.
