  • Ep 17: Mitchell Schofield - 100 Miles and Back
    Jun 12 2024

Mitch Schofield is a quiet presence with an epic story.

His self-discipline and internal drive for excellence pushed him to run a self-made Ironman and a 100-mile race, essentially off the couch.

When he suffered a significant spinal injury in the fall of 2023, the future was uncertain, but through determination and his own will, Mitch is back!

He signed up for a backyard ultra-style race in June and is ready to see what he can do in the wake of a horrific injury.

As always, thank you for listening to Chafed and Confused!

  • Ep 11: Tom Williams - Future Golden Boy
    May 1 2024

This week we shook things up!

We went for a team run, where Nick and I tried very hard not to ask any questions that might be podcast worthy.

Sit back and enjoy as we chat with Tom about what running means to him, his plans for the upcoming Golden Ultra and much much more!

    See you on the trails!
