Good but too repetitive

Nearly 9 hours could be Like 2 or less I think. It is good information but soo much repetitive. I was waiting for protocols for special conditions, but I didnt find it here. Dr Mindy Pelz and her Fast Like a Girl is far more better and shorter. I really respect Dr. Hyman but it really could be better.
