About the Creator

Koepp has written or co-written the screenplays for more than thirty films, including Jurassic Park, Mission: Impossible, Spider-man, Panic Room, War of the Worlds, Ghost Town, and Angels and Demons. His latest film, the Universal Pictures/Blumhouse thriller You Should Have Left starring Kevin Bacon and Amanda Seyfried, is streaming now. His debut novel, Cold Storage, which The New York Times hailed as "pure, unadulterated entertainment" was published by Ecco in 2019 and is out in paperback this month.

About the Performer

Kevin Bacon is one of the foremost actors of his generation, whose talent for balancing starring roles with powerful supporting characters in film, television and on stage has allowed him to build a varied and critically acclaimed body of work. His film credits include Footloose, Tremors, A Few Good Men, The River Wild, Mystic River, Apollo 13, Black Mass*, Patriots Day, Taking Chance, for which he won a Golden Globe Award and a SAG Award, and many more. Bacon has also had a successful run on television, including roles in the popular shows, The Following, I Love Dick, which he received a Golden Globe Award nomination for, and City on a Hill, which was recently renewed for a second season on Showtime. This year, Bacon ventured into the world of podcasts with Spotify and Funny or Die, releasing The Last Degree of Kevin Bacon, a scripted comedy podcast series in which Kevin satirized himself. In addition to acting, Bacon is the other half of The Bacon Brothers band. He also started SixDegrees.org, a web site that encourages people to connect and become a celebrity for their cause by raising money for local and grassroots charities in the United States. Bacon received the 2010 Joel Siegel Award from the Broadcast Film Critics Association in recognition of his outstanding film career and his charitable work with SixDegrees.org. In 2000, the Film Society of Lincoln Center honored Bacon for his extraordinary career in the film industry.
