This kicked the arsenic out of me.

Got off my butt on Thanksgiving!
I’ve been meaning to get active more and I’m so glad I found this audio coach. I’ve tried couch to 10K apps in the past which work fine but it’s so nice to hear someone motivating talking you through. The music is better than what I normally play!

I plugged I and hit the track.
It’s just what I needed, a good initial workout to build up to a 5k.
I’m 40 pounds overweight, have type II diabetes and ran a 5k in under 36 minutes before starting this program on 1/6/2019.
I plan to do another 5k in March. I’ll let you know.
This program went well I had to walk (vs the jogging cool down after the final two sprints)

Music does not match
The training schedule is fine but the music choice is terrible. The music does not match the speed they would like you to run at. When going from jogging into one minute of sprinting the music for instance slows down. I need the music for motivation so it doesn’t work for me.
