Story
We put an end to the war with the Dark Faction, but still humanity's problems are far from over. More than half of the game's promised tong of safety has elapsed, and yet humankind is no closer to forming a unified front. We've just begun building one of the 12 planetary shield generators necessary to give Earth complete protection, but we don't have enough construction materials, players, or time. Should we ask the parallel magocratic world for help? After all, an invasion from outer space would hurt them just as bad. The mages, though, have plenty of problems of their own.

Story
Gnat is on his voyage with the Shiamiru, all the while trying to find backup for humanity among the great spacefaring races. After all, based on what he's already seen, he knows not to count on the good sense of his own kind. Even facing an external threat, the people of our Earth cannot see past their internal squabbles and come together to fight as one. Gnat does not expect gratitude from his leaders for taking such matters into his own hands, but when have laws and rules ever stopped our intrepid hero before?

Story
At long last, an extraterrestrial civilization reached out and made the First Contact. However, no one on Earth took their communique for the genuine article. In a similar vein, very few people appreciated just how little time our new suzerains had promised to keep our planet safe. Regardless, the end of their message showed humankind how to access a mysterious game. The objective of this game is unclear. No one can say where its servers are located, and its inner workings are beyond comprehension.

Story
The Nelsons have grown in just about every way since being exiled to Eloria. Now they will face their biggest challenge yet. For all that they thought they had begun to understand what faced them, it has now become apparent that there are larger forces at work and more powerful enemies behind the scenes. The monstrous dark mage Seimion seems almost unstoppable with a host of fiends at his command and behind him is the mysterious Master. If they are to save not only their home but the very kingdom of Albia from utter chaos, all of the Nelson's will be required.

The Empire is splitting at the seams. The Great Houses refuse to obey the Throne World and have begun to conduct increasingly independent politics. Sensing the weakness of the central government, even the most loyal star systems of the Imperial Core are refusing to take orders from above. World of the Changed completely modified human consciousness. The incredible graphics that worked even on the simplest of phones. The intuitive interface that made the game accessible for absolutely anyone. The aggressive marketing campaign that put news about the game on every TV, every phone, every tablet. Publisher's Summary
Ceasefires have one big downside: They eventually come to an end. And when they do, once again game nodes are set ablaze, and platoons of Dark Faction soldiers threaten our customary world with destruction. The enemy has grown stronger and more numerous. To make matters worse, they also got their hands on even deadlier weaponry. They have learned painful lessons from previous encounters and adjusted their tactics accordingly. What's more, the vast hordes of enemies are led by the greatest strategist of modern times, and his mage advisors can see all possible futures so they always know just what to do.
How can our world possibly stand up against such an enemy? Our only hope is the bravery and tenacity of our best fighters, those who'd rather die than surrender. Well, that and a starship captained by one lone mage.

Loved the book, but...
I almost never have a problem with voices in an audiobook, but the voice of minnow is so grating that I dread the next time she speaks. I can even ignore some characters that sound like jar-jar, but ms. Lafinn sounds like one of the chipmunks gargled some battery acid. Someone had to have noticed during the production process, and left it there out of anarchistic spite. It’s just too annoying to be an honest mistake. Otherwise, the narrator was good, which only adds to my confusion about this one character. Anyway, if you are reading this far into the series, then you know it’s quality litrpg. This book is no different.

Continues to be an engaging and exciting series.
The books in this series have that amazing thing that all the best fantasy and sci-fi novels have... the feeling of an open world/galaxy/universe that is just waiting to be discovered. Danger, adventure, and novelty are all possibilities around every corner and this author does a great job of keeping the plot form being too linear while still delivering a story that you can’t put down.

This is for reality benders book 1-4
It’s a good series so far that keeps the same narrator throughout and he does great voice acting and has no issues coming up with voices for the many various characters. Only complaint for narration is in book 4 he changes the voice he uses for a semi main character drastically and horribly a chipmunk would sound better. The story is good first couple books are better, 3-4 start getting a little more unusual, they start repeating his stats more frequently to fill room in the books, and by book 4 I’m starting to question how much longer the book will continue as the main plot seems to be less and less important and more meandering, but this is a great book series overall that I have loved and will continue to listen to.
