Publisher's summary
The royals of Rydor are rattled by the betrayal at the stadium in Calderi, but their pedestals remain intact. Elivia Florenell succeeded in taking out the former king, but she did not escape. She thinks she will suffer out her days as a prisoner until a witch arrives and offers her a new choice. Magic gave her a taste of vengeance before, and it isn’t long before she is tempted again.
While the new King Calderi offers Sori a home, she cannot stay when a rumor comes that Loren, her brother, might be in Kova. There she once again crosses paths with Zilas Kova, a king surrounded by plenty of rumors himself. He searches for a way to free his own brother from a curse they share.
Further south than Kova, Loren finds himself in the land of monsters. It lies beyond a barrier, known as the shield, that has kept Rydor from discovering it for years. Still thinking he killed Sori, Loren becomes a shell of a being. Caring not for himself, he only agrees to help the monsters discover what is hurting the shield as a deal to save a young woman he never expected to meet again. On his journey, he discovers monsters have secrets just as dark as humans do.
The lines between right and wrong thin as quickly as the ones between the worlds of monsters, humans, and witches. Truths will come to light that will reshape the powers of all the lands. As they always do, choices come with consequences. And now the debts come due.

Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. Story
In Rydor, royals rule monsters with artifacts and their people with fear. The poor pay for protection, but the ones higher on the pedestal are the true predators. Those not born with titles can only hope that criminals like the Phantom Thieves might save them in their moments of need. No one knows the names or faces of the thieves, but they do know how much the royals despise the monster hunters. When Calderi guards finally capture one of the thieves, the other will prove again nothing will stop her from finding him and that she will grant no mercy to any that stand in her way.

Story
The best part about being a knight is the peaceful treks across rolling hills, with nothing but gentle winds and bubbling streams for company. Unfortunately, Richard's next quest breaks that solitude. He needs to gain entry into the fabled Clawmire, and only a flighty catgirl heading the opposite way can help him. Ida is snooty and feral in equal measure. When she hunts, the wildness in her eyes ignites something inside him. When she cooks, his stomach sings an orchestra. And when she leaps into the trees wearing that short purple dress, well, a gentleman does his best not to look up.

He is aided–or thwarted–by the return of his brother, the knight and war hero Athelstan, whose squire, Brand, hopes to restore his family’s fortunes no matter the cost.

Dragons Riders: The last noble warriors in the realm. Only heroes can embolden the ordinary. For centuries, millennia, the Dragon Riders galvanized generation after generation, adding Riders to their ranks and birthing dragons from their eggs. But there are no more heroes. War with the Andarens is like nothing the Riders, nor the armies of Erador, have ever faced. In the place of heroes, there are only soldiers now. Fodder for the machine of war. I was a Hunter, and I honored the Code. For my services to humanity and for leading a "proper" life, I was to be rewarded. A new life after death, and a new world to give me some well-deserved rest. But something went wrong. Once again, I must fight. The Monsters that face me here are far more terrifying than those of my past life. They are cleverer, crueler, more unpredictable. And their name is.

I've fought against beast waves and dungeon breaks. But now? Now, the one close friend I had left has passed. So, I'm done with their politics and their economics.
