Informative and Thrilling

This was a good listen for someone who generally believes there is other life out there but doesn't know much about the encounters others have reported throughout recent history. The stories were reported very concisely, without embellishment and the narration kept it exciting.

WHAT'S THAT IN THE SKY?!

I enjoyed these stories. They are presented to you as they have been reported. Just the story. You can make up your own mind about them. Most of these i knew but this would make a great introduction to UFO and alien encounters o anyone just getting interested in the subject.
Paul Burt narrated. I liked his reading. I felt his voices added some mystery to the stories.

I requested this audio book from the narrator in exchange for a honest review. Thank you Paul!

Keep an eye on the sky

Visitors!
15 Stories of UFO and Alien Encounters
By: Tyler Butcher

A short accounting of famous UFO sightings over the years. Were they real alien encounters or military test flights or something else? We may never know for sure, but it is interesting to speculate about their origins.

The narration was well done. Paul Burt's voice fit well with these tales.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Alien Stories Around the Campfire

A concise romp through the most well-known UFO and aliens stories, plus a couple more obscure ones, it never-the-less includes a few tidbits that you may not have heard before and serves as an excellent starting point to delve deeper into the facts behind whichever account catches your fancy.

The narrator delivers with a kind of campfire ghost story style that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Definitely fun.

Have Some Wine with this Cheese

15 stories in an hour, so only the basic info is given. Some of the stories were familiar and some were new to me. It is a good start if you are curious about UFO stories.

I was expecting to be creeped out by the stories, but the narrator was trying his best to sound like Bill Hader imitating Vincent Price, so it was kinda cheesy/funny. I found myself saying “Dun Dun Duuuuuuuun!!” after the narrator said something suuuuper dramatic. And considering this is only an hour long, I probably said it at least twice per story.

I received this audiobook for free in exchange for an honest review.

Conspiracy theory history

I guess I was expecting fiction. This is very much a short overview of relatively famous UFO sightings.

It is done in over the top conspiracy theory voice from the narrator (whom I personally found annoying to listen to) combined with fake news style reporting copyright. (Note: it’s definitely in the style of fake news rather than news... whether it’s true or not is a different issue).

If you’re into conspiracy theories you’ll likely find it a very light overview - 15 stories in an hour isn’t much detail.

If you’re not into conspiracy theories I don’t think this will lead you into that world.
