Writing out your own wants and desires is what will spark the change that gets you uns*uck, not whatever you think is “supposed” to be the right answer.

You will start to gain real traction on your path as you learn about others who have done their own work to leave their past behind and began to live for the present. Part of the challenge of getting unstuck is fighting the feeling that you are alone in your struggle. Trust me, I know. That feeling can really weigh you down over time. But when you can start the day without the burdens of the past on your shoulders, you can make better decisions and choose new outcomes.

Why you should listen to Uns*uck Yourself it will change your life

Uns*uck yourself came in the best time for me.
During this pandemic I was worried and felt I was in a dead end. I purchased the book and from the first moment I started feeling related to Samantha’s story. I was thinking that is me right now.
After listening I started feeling that my stress was starting to go away. It was hands on no nonsense get to work and start enjoying and designing the best life. There is also a workbook you can download so that was a big plus and the Facebook group you can join. I feel Sam has my back and I am not alone in this.
Spanish is my first language and listening to the book in English it was very clear and easy for me to understand thing that I really appreciated it.

Thing are getting much much better and I have been seeing how all this comes together to help me get out a bad situation into a great life... THANKS Sam!!
