Loved this slow burn , opposites attracted, ice queen melt . With a large splash of doggie love . Wish it had been narrated by a live artist. But still an enjoyable story .

Lovely story concept

First for the negatives, Riley and Alex are almost hard to distinguish from each other. Mostly because we dont really have a lot of time to meet each character separately, as the story progresses its challenging to tell who is who or did what, but that does improve near the end. Next there are several grammatical errors and plain typos, which kinda interrupts the flow of the story whether you're listen or reading (I did both simultaneously). And for the last of the negatives it didn't feel so much like a slow burn and more of a hey we just met like 2-3 weeks ago. Why dont you come to my beach house and we are all of a sudden way more intimate and straightforward than either character has been before or again.
On a better note the storyline is very sweet, fun, light, low angst, and enjoyable. Overlooking the nitpicking it really is a good love story with a fun dose of puppy's, real life, and love.
