E. J. Noyes is an Australian transplanted to New Zealand, which may be the awesomest thing to happen to her. She lives in the South Island with her wife and the world’s best and neediest cat, and is enjoying the change of temperature from her hot, humid homeland.
An avid but mediocre gamer, E. J. lives for skiing (which she is also mediocre at), enjoys arguing with her hair, pretending to be good at things, and working the fact she’s a bestselling and award-winning author into casual conversation.

Abby Craden originates from New York but after many years on the West Coast she calls Los Angeles home. She has been performing and storytelling in all of its various forms for more than 25 years. She has recorded over 400 audiobooks, winning two Earphones Awards, and was named "One of the Best Voices of 2012" by AudioFile Magazine. Her voice can be heard in national commercials, animation, video games, and many TV shows and films. She has performed on the stage regionally and is a resident artist with A Noise Within Theatre in Los Angeles, as well as working in film and TV.

A sweet, heartwarming tale of two women who taught each other how to let go of the demons of your past and courageously give your heart to another. Very satisfying for one who struggles to beat the blues this time of year. Thank you EJ Noyes and Abby Craden!

Just what I needed!

This is a sweet story. There was some baggage that each of the main characters brought to their relationship that formed. I love the instant chemistry, and even endured their trying to limit exposure to one another. Although the accent at times might’ve been not perfect, I had no problem with it. It was a very nice epilogue.
