Awesome!!

It just gets better and better. Rather than same same - the story continues to expand... and reflecting back at the beginning of the series - whelp - impressive.

Long in waiting but delivers masterfully

Will Wight and Travis Baldree combine to create another amazing story in written and spoken words. Lindon, Yerin, Dross, Eithan, Mercy and others continue their combative tests and quests for a DragonballZ-like tournament that will pit them against other top-tier underlords for honors, skills, weapons, vengeance and swag, All the while, on the meta-level and unbeknownst to them, the battle in the multi-verse becomes more dangerous with other players who seek to rip The Way apart for their own avarice and mysterious reasons. There is also a surprising and intriguing almost retro story arc surfacing.

Lots of entertainment but dismay knowing that book 8 is many months away.

I NEED THE NEXT ONE!

These books are amazing! If possible could you have each one written and released within the next week? I would appreciate it considering I would like to binge the entire series like a Netflix show.

Amazing

Not just this book but all the ones before. What a great series!! Great character arcs, surprising twists and turns to the story. Books I would even let my daughter read since there is nothing more than sexual tension in any of this series. As an avid reader of fantasy, I highly recommend this series!

Keeping it fresh

Voicing is great as usual. My personal favorite is Dross's voice. Author does a great job keeping continuity and always moving the story along with interesting events and occurances. Some people didn't like the fact that there was a cliffhanger, but in a novel where you know there will be more followups...I dont see this as an issue. There is clearly demarction where the author is bringing us into a new arc

great writing and reading, half story missing.

The book's writing is still amazing. The reader's performance is very good. However, the Uncrowned story line is missing and the ending is unsatisfying
The writer kept the word count close to previous books but the story abruptly stops during the uncrowned tournament. Fist book in the series that I was disappointed in

Really Disappointed...

Compared to the rest of the books in this series this one felt incomplete. Normally the books have a complete sub-plot to them while pushing the main story forward. Uncrowned either didn't have that or I was able to catch what the subplot was.

How Did a group of jades kill a Sage?

Well, you can stop with that question now maybe?

This is book 7 in the "crack" I mean the cradle series. It is more cradle, more fights, more dross, new people to love and hate. The final fight left me angry, confused, excited, giddy lord who knows what else.

Travis Baldree is great as usual, he is one of the best out there. I read the book and loved it but Travis made this audiobook a feast for the ears. Careful while listening in public, you will bust out laughing but then why will you care while Travis Baldree is carrying you on waves of cradle infused sound madra.

Another absolute knockout

Will Wight is a god among men. He is on his way to being the best author in fantasy. This series is seriously amazing and I don’t know how he does it. Absolutely everyone I know who has read this series finished the book in a single sitting! Oh what I wouldn’t give to forget the series and binge the whole thing again. A must read!

Was expecting more.

For how much the tournament was built up I thought that there would be more factions and stratergy with a dash of intrigue thrown in. Yet lindons shot was so lame. all it came down 2 was that the opponent was faster, better luck next time.... even the abad9n had to insert itself into his life because how lame that ending was.

Dear Mr. Rowe

That isn't a cliffhanger, that is throwing us off a cliff while saying "long live the king". You made them fight? Fury should have his own series... or just replace lindon with the adventures of fury. Please tell me dross is going to get the fatherly attention he so obviously craves in the next book. Can we have more of Orthos and his blind friend?
In conclusion, mixed happy and angry bell noises.
