Publisher's Summary

In Top 10 Expired Objections, William J. May will share a strategy for going after the so-called low-hanging fruit of the real estate market: expired listings.

A veteran real estate agent in the Los Angeles housing market, William has built his business, with much success, on going after the listings that other agents ignore. Now, with the debut edition of a new series he is working on, The Real Estate Agent Success Series, he wants to share how to do the same thing in any market.

In this audiobook, William shares the tools of his trade. There's no fluff or junk. You get real-world tools, used by William himself, to build a solid business in one of the most competitive housing markets in the country. Recommendations from William include:

  • Lead generation from numerous sources
  • CRMs
  • His number one course recommendation
  • Helpful Facebook groups full of veteran agents willing to help
  • Scripts
  • Strategies to handle objections

There's no other book on the market like this one; you will get sound advice on going after the listings other agents ignore. William won't lie to you. From the beginning, he stresses the hard work involved but, like all agents, he started from zero. William will share how to set up your daily schedule so you are building your business from day one, minute one. His words will stick with you as you go after that low-hanging fruit. Like William says, "Once you get the hang of it, the rewards are priceless." Don't miss this audiobook!

Basically, he's using Mike Ferry's script...

Basically, he's plagiarizing Mike Ferry's script. It's okay to use the common script in the industry but not without giving any credit.

Avoid the audio book, the guy sounds ridiculous. He sounds like a special ed student reading to you, which is fine but not what you expect from an audiobook.

Sincere author willing to teach

A very short book with some honest nuggets for new agents. A little advice, for an audio book, refer listeners to your website for resources. When spelling out ALL of the websites it becomes painful. Hearing the author say "https//" several dozen times makes the task of listening and paying attention, daunting.

Disappointed in Connecticut

I have purchased many audiobooks in my field and in my opinion this was the the most useless one to date. At only an hour and a half in length the majority of the book promotes sites to purchase leads and only the last two or three chapters deal with the actual 10 expired objections! I think my expectations have been set by HIGH by previous books purchased on Audible in the same field....

Good content, but why read out every URL???

This audio book's content is good for realtors, but there is frustration for the listener when the author reads every URL link he's put in the book (and there are a lot) beginning wit H-T-T-P-S forward slash, forward slash... Ugh.

Pretty good, except audio book needs help

Pretty good overall. The author narrating adds value but William spelling out the various links like saying the whole hyperlink is extremely annoying. You only need to say: YouTube.com or whatever. Don’t say: https semi colon forward slash..forward slash UGHHH!

Horrible Narrator.

Would you try another book from William May and/or William J. May?

Good lord it is 2018 - "colon backslash double you double you colon forward slash..." WE KNOW what a website it. The narration kills this book. Sorry.
