I am a new Realtor and was feeling very overwhelmed with all of the new material being thrown my way. I have the best development coach with my company, RE/MAX Southern shores, but the issues with me moving forward were within myself. My first attempts at prospecting were rough. I knew going into it I was nervous. Then I started watching Ricky Carruth videos and read this book. Suddenly it clicked. The book is raw, simple and to the point. As a seasoned agent, this book was the best push to get remotivated
