I happen to be an avid listener to Stephanie’s on her podcast Lightworker’s Lounge. Having started there, it was interesting to get a view on her life years ago when she wrote the book. Having struggled with thyroid issues myself for years, although I found solutions, I was excited to get her take on it. Implementing several of her suggestions, I have cut back on my thyroid supplement severely and only reach for it when I need an extra boost. I have been able to prevent ever having to progress to medication, and am actually now attending the same nutrition school she went to. Thank you, Stephanie for all your help! -A life long fan, Christine

One of my major goals is health/wellness for the new year/decade. I suffer with thyroid disease with an enlarged thyroid and nodules. I dont desire to be on medication the rest of my life, but healed physically and spiritually. This is exactly what I needed. As a certified life coach this spoke directly to my spirit and soul. Thank you Stephanie Powers, I can't wait to be a living witness and testimony of healing my thyroid. I liked this book! Because of the different noises I could hear N the back ground, like her turning the page, & some other back ground noises, they didn't bother me, it made me feel like I was sitting N her apartment & she was telling her story dirrctly to me! I fully understand the "PINT UP" emotions! We have to release them some kind of way or they will find places w/N our body, settle in & like angry little kids & teens, fester & reek havoc on your innards! We must always stay true to "OUR TRUTH" !!!

Stephanie does a great job sharing her personal history and is so relatable. She shares her health struggles and how she helped heal herself naturally! It opened my eyes to how many chemicals I am exposed to in my everyday life and how to help myself!
