A must read!

Loved the framing and point of view. It’s only 4 hours or so long and worth the listen.

Changing The Food/Body Perspective

Listening content-performance excellence sparked life awakening/revolution in how I view both bodily-food ties. Most meaningful.

Good guidance for eating in modern world. Poor reading.

Despite the poor reading, very good content. Have to get past the reader to the insights. Speed playing helps.

Great guidelines to integrate diet, health & life

This is a must for anyone who is looking for an easy and simple way to change the way they eat and live. It provides great insights to the food we eat, why we eat them and the role it plays to our true craving in life. What I loved most is that there are no do's and don't just guidelines and for you to connect inwards and listen to what your body needs. A must easier approach than restraining to certain foods
