One of the best performances ever!

While Goss should get full credit for creating a fantastic story and defined and wonderful characters, Kate Reading is what makes this one of the best audio books you will ever listen to. Truly fabulous!!!!

Hard to get into at first but worth it.

Great read but a little difficult at the beginning. Once you get the style of writing it goes a lot smoother. Definitely going to be watching for more!

Fun and engaging

I got this book on a whim, and I'm glad I did. It was entertaining and written in an unique style. The narrator did a terrific job as well. I heartily recommended to all the literary female fans out there

It was ok. Low on mystery, high on dialogue. Slow paced. It’s listenable but u won’t stay glued to it

Wonderful Book

I loved listening to this presentation and did for hours. Sadly I finished it too quickly although am thrilled to say the sequel is out and I will get that one straight away. Very enjoyable!

One of the best audiobooks I have ever listened to. The narration is masterful - adding more to the story than I can explain.

A great book but wasn't entirely my taste.

I can definitely see why so many people are raving about this book. It's got a great story and many interesting characters. I just found myself a bit uninterested at times so I don't think it was quite the book for me. Still worth the read for anyone interested in a good mystery since many people seem to adore it.

Fictional character mash up

I enjoy the author characters what disappoine was how many existing character the author felt she needed to pull in from existing fiction.

Fun book

In this time of COVID-19, Texas (my home) becoming a frozen tundra and all the crazy politicians blabbing on television , it nice to just check out of reality for a few hours. Give yourself a break from stuff and listen to this book just for entertainment.

Love This Book

From the writing and plot, to the characters and their narration, this is one of the most interesting and entertaining audiobooks I've listened to in a long while.

Goss masterful weaves the various characters' backstories into a cohesive and entertaining story, while Reading deftful gives each a unique voice.

Definitely looking forward to the sequel.
