Really great! Lots of twists

The only thing that can be annoying is that it seems every other chapter there’s “another secret” they’re not telling you. But it’s a great story with a good performance so I’d recommend this book.

Surprising!

A couple reviews didn't like the two stories but I was completely hooked! Both come together in a twisted sort of way and then more twists! I can typically guess where a story is going but I didn't know Camilla was going to take if there! Great narrating of both stories! I couldn't stop listening!!!

What a great surprise! I have been so disappointed in my last few books and this was just great! I’m not sure why some reviewers did not like it but I was pleasantly surprised by this one and I look forward to the next!

Great narration, so many unexpected surprises, kept me guessing until the end. I loved the way the story was told from two different timelines and families, it made the suspense build nicely as I tried to figure out how both stories would meet. Excellent character development, very chilling and compelling. Well written.

More twists and turns than an amusement park

Soooooooooooo many lies. I loved this book. So far this is my favorite thriller. It felt like no words were wasted in writing this book. So many moments blew my mind

Interesting!

First time in a while that I couldn't wait to get back to listening to a book. Jumping back and forth was a bit confusing but still worth the listen.

Great story

I am not one to waste time trying to guess what comes next so this story was very entertaining for me. There were lots of twists and turns which made sense in the end. I really enjoyed it.

5 stars for plot, characters and narrators. It was such a good story. You will not want to stop listening. The shifting timeline kept it so interesting I could it wait for the next chapter.

Don’t listen at bedtime or you won’t get any sleep.

I am an avid listener and it has been a while since a book has grabbed my attention like this one did.
This book was so good that I stayed awake all night listening to it.
It keeps you guessing and is terrifying without being gory in any way.
Extremely well narrated.
