Instead of handing me back to Lucian so Balto can get everything he wants, he keeps me. He pledges to fight for me until I'm free. But as the weeks pass, freedom isn't as appealing as it used to be.

This place has become my home.

This man is my home.

I'm not sure if I'd ever want to leave...even if Lucian was dead.

I thought this book was a fantastic ending to the series. There are some ups and downs and moments where I didn’t quite think things were going to work out between Balto and Cassini. But in the end the king truly finds his queen.

Great ending

Glad the series ended the way it did. Now a spin-off featuring Heath would be nice. Narrators did a great job with characters. On to the next series!

Good end to series

I think this series has been one of my favorites. The ending reminded me of 50 Shades Freed. it is a little anticlimactic. while you kept waiting for something to happen the last few pages all you got was a romance that blossomed into a life neither character had pictured for themself.

Not typical
