Informative and Insightful

This book was very helpful as a new entrepreneur learning how to set my business, team and myself up for success. Learning my EHR helps me choose the business I accept to make sure I am effective and increase sales.

A must for entrepreneurs

If you are an entrepreneur and you feel you are working to much to the point work is taking over and consuming your life, this is a MUST read book. It will help you to gain control of your work and life

This book is for everybody, not just for salesmen

Before I bought this audiobook I read a review on audible mentioning that this is a book just for salespeople... First of all, that is not true. Let's say if you get nothing more from this book other than how to validate your idea (which is just one chapter) then you're better off than most people with a full-time job. Then there is the 'business model' chapter, which found very good in terms of structuring pricing so that you won't have to work on selling each month, you still have to do it but I understand now why the recurring model is better and less anxiety-producing (this was a problem for me, struggling to bring in sales each month). I am a small business owner and as I grow I will revisit the book and apply different things. The author said something along the lines of 'as entrepreneurs grow their mindset changes', I think that is very true since a beginner has a total set of problems compared to an advanced business person. It's not that an advanced business person doesn't have any problems, they do, but way different and I imagine more complex.

The one book for entrepreneurs

This book was such a pleasant surprise. I was expecting the usual male-oriented, sales funnel, go big or go home type book for entrepreneurs. Instead, I discovered easy steps to take to increase my revenue and stop wasting time (and money). If you are an entrepreneur with the time and money to read only one book, this is it.

Amazing book

Recently I was struggling to set my goals for myself in my business and career. This book showed me what was possible and helped me form a vision.

Best audio book of 2018...

In Feb I bought the Kindle version and then I bought this audiobook within hours of release. I love it! James is a great teacher, writer and narrator! Grab this book and get the best business coaching money can buy. No BS. No fluff.

It’s a good read...

Thought I was going to find more in it cutting time for the solo entrepreneur.

It seemed like another outsourcing book with a focus on your actual hourly rate or EHR.

While it’s not what I was looking for it did offer a lot of value in other places.

Knowing what I know now, I would have still picked up the book.

Tons of actionable content

Many business books are padded and the author repeats themselves. That's not the case with James Schramko - he is concise and to the point with a series of action items at the end of each chapter. Real examples of people facing challenges holds your interest and illustrates the points Schramko is making. This book represents great value for money and, assuming you take action, a huge return on the time you invest in reading or listening to it.
