Problem: Most Americans don't realize the potential gold mine in blue-collar business. By blue-collar business I mean a business providing a specialized service requiring a trained employee and manual labor. In my case it is chimney sweeping, but it can range from construction to gardening to plumbing and junk removal. There are literally thousands and thousands of opportunities, but many people don't consider blue-collar work as an option and are missing out as a result.

Great principles, but leaves you wanting...
This book helps HVAC contractors realize the importance of great principles, systems, leadership and ideas with guidelines for future development. This book decides not to show the already developed and proven HVAC processes and systems that were created by the co-author that led to his success. Instead, it merely points you towards the path, so that you can create your own "wheel." Honestly, the reason why I bought the book was so that the wheel could be given to me and I could make it my own from that point forward. Buy this book if you want direction and inspiration, not a blueprint.

Fellow company owner
This book was absolutely awesome.
It is easy to listen to a book that the co-author is in your world. It was great to hear the highs and the lows of business that Ken went through. I love hearing great stories about fellow grinders, guys that just get it done. No excuses
He is an inspiration to me that the sky is the limit.

Amazing
This book has helped me gain control of my business and we have not implemented nearly any of the strategies, I have listened to this audio book atleast 20 times and it has helped me change my thinking and mindset completely when it comes to running my business. We are slowly starting to integrate changes influenced by and learned from the teachings in this book. A must read for any business owner in the trades.

Pure Gold.
I'm following my father steps on the amazing hvac business and I was looking for how to take my company to the next level.
thanks to Michael Gerber, I can see more clear what is the path to follow in order to be successful in my field and for sure in any other business.
I highly recommend this book to any person who is thinking to start a business.
