True to my heart a HEA tale of between two lost souls. This was a great book!

Sweet & captivating story

There is something about the way this author writes that really pulls you into the story. I felt like I was transported and could picture everything so clearly. I really enjoyed the progression of the relationship of the two main characters and felt like it portrayed realistic dialogue with an good level of spice/tension.

I have and continue to listen to audiobooks in many categories. This was one of the best ones I have ever heard. The history, relationship development, compassion between characters, and ability to identify with the emotions expressed was wonderful. It is the highest rating I have ever given to an audible book. I'm definitely going to look for more novels from this author and hope they are also amazing.

I’ve listened to all of Leanne Slade’s books. I adore all of them and this was is no exception.
She’s so wonderful at character building I feel totally immersed just a chapter in.

Mildly enjoyable

The inevitable conclusion is delayed a bit too long, but it generally progresses well. Stories about people living phony lives on the internet abound these days, but for the most part that is left in the protagonist's past and the characters are appealing. And we learn something about New Zealand.

Funny, painful, real and oh so sweet romance. A great escape from life’s mundane struggle.

Rom-com Potential

I love this book. The narration is brilliant, the story is unpredictable, hilarious at times, and very entertaining. Good commentary on social media too.
