RomCom of the 90’s & 2000’s!
“Sweet Hime Alabama meets Made of Honor”! This is the 3rd book I’ve listened to by this author and I have enjoyed them all so far. If you love the 1990’s and early 200’s Rom Com movies you will enjoy this story. Lots of laughs & the narrator is quite enjoyable.overall a fun book to listen to.

Easy listening
I have read all of Portia’s books except for maybe one so far. They all have pretty much the same story but they are written in a such a fun easy to listen to way that makes my long drives easier.

Favorite so far
I’ve listened to several Portia Macintosh books and they’ve all been great but this is my favorite so far. I loved this plot. Although I’ve seen this plot similarly done before in a movie , it’s not by any means a copy of that and this was different and it’s own unique story in a very good way and had some unexpected twists. Very funny and romantic! I loved the friendship story in it too and how they all came through in the end. Narrator was perfect!!!

Finished in one day
This book sucks you in and you quickly fall in love with the characters. The combination of Portia’s writing and Karen’s narration is always a winning combo. I loved this one!

Good story
The story was good and had some unexpected elements to it. The authors does a great job with character development and I felt connected to the characters.
I loved the narration. I prefer other if Portia MacIntosh’s books compared to this one, but I still thought it was great.
