Emotional historic story

Good love story with historical backdrop. Characters were believable and situations realistic. Only a tiny amount of foul language.

It was a nice story with interesting characters.

Interesting story that takes place during war time England. Strong female characters with rich back story.

Well written with excellent narration. It is a bit predictable, but that didn't reduce my enjoyment of the audio book. There are some mild sound effects that were appropriate and did not overpower the narrator. Usually I find sound effects distracting and annoying, but that was not the case with this book.

I don’t really read romance novels but this one was excellent, setting and characters were good.

I like the narrator

I thought it was fun and romantic, however somewhat formulaic and predictable. Overall it was entertaining.
