Great story, not so great narration

This is one of my favorite series. Now, I do realize the narrator has changed multiple times. It sounds weird at the start, but I get over it. Unfortunately, this narrator doesn't do a good job on voices, especially Eddie. He sounds like an old retired man. Most people don't sound like that on their 50th birthday. Other than that, the story was good. The ending was unexpected, but overall, I enjoyed it.

Bed narration

This is the first book by A.M. that was to painful to listen to. I made it to the end of the first chapter! Never thought I would return a book from one of my favorite authors.

Great story by Narration Sucks!

I have listened to the entire series and this narration was the worse, especially Eddie Chases voice! Made him seem like he’s in his 70s instead on 50!

Eddie and Nina need to save the world again

A couple years have passed since the last novel and now another mystery pulls them into an even larger and more dangerous adventure. An object has been found frozen in an iceberg off of Antarctica. Danger follows danger as Eddie and Nina, with daughter Macy in tow, literally fight to save the human race.

This book is over the top adventure with a cast that we've come to love. They may be a bit older, but they still live up to the name of Wilde Chase.

Love the book and could not recommend it more.

Ending makes a futile story

It doesn’t serve readers well to have the story end with the good Ancients ending up back where they were when the story began.

Action Packed

I hope that Andy keeps writing these books, they just keep getting better and better. This book has a bit of everything in it, nice to see Macey in this book she is growing up. I just hope Eddie can keep up. Fast paced full of the action these two are famous for.
Plus the new narrator did a great job maybe the Aussie accent needs some work .

Great as usual

Love these books, but the narrator just seemed to miss on his attempts at characters voices. I can't recall if he has been the performer for other McDermott books but it definitely took me out of the story. Overall a typical fun Andy McDermott novel but with questionable narration choices

Avoid!

Voice actor is abysmal worse then kittens on chalkboard. While the series has taken a negative direction and in my opinion should have stopped at the last book. I was willing to try it again because I like all of the other books in this collection. However the time gap that occurs, along with the new paths many of the characters taken was just much. I had to stop in the second chapter. Done. Trash. Delete.
