Reminding Me that I Can Do This!
I appreciate the words of inquiry combined with encouragement in the audible version of this book. Almost like the voice in your head meets a motivational speaker asking you thought provoking questions while simultaneously reminding you that you've got this. Love the book version to slow down and take it page by page. Love the audio version as a tool for words of encouragement and empowerment when needed!

Highly Recommended!
We all need to hear this. There is so much hurt we hold on to in our lives. Sometimes we project it out on the world around us and expect them to understand. But we don’t even understand ourselves & chain ourselves in these emotions. It is our choice and It is up to us to restructure within. This is something I can listen to everyday to be a reminder to myself that “it is okay”.
