loved listening to this!!!
Definitely worth the time to listen to. very practical advice, no shaming, no telling you to put your ego aside and accept painful behavior. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great self-help book
This book speaks to trauma, self-deprecation, self-compassion/love, living in the present and appreciating and acknowledging the means in which healing is needed. Great read!

Yes!
This is the first and only Audible review I've ever done/probably will do. But this book was an eye opener for me. Very good if u have trauma or codependency issues.
