Save your money

Beyond the chapter on the mindfulness trap which made some sense, the author repeats her thoughts for the first 3-4 chapters (4hrs), asking you to trust her and the solutions will be provided in later chapters.

At the first breathing exercise/technique she proceeds to sell you on her website and online course. Did I just buy the book to be fed an advertisement after listening to the same thing for 4hrs?

Very Light on How To

Loved the message but was looking for more. Certainly not a manual on how to develop Vital Force which would have actually been beneficial.

Trully magical

This book took me a while to get into although I had high hopes as I listened to the podcast with Rajshree on Bulletproof radio. The book did not disappoint. My day changed when I read this book and my life has already because now I am aware!

An overview not a guide

Very disappointed in this book, was really looking forward to getting some practical steps on meditation and breathing however found this was more a history lesson on this style with very little guidance on how to carry out the practice other that a sales pitch offering the website where you can sign up for a course on this. Disappointing.
