The Omega's Secret Baby

Eli has always put his son first and never even thought to mess up any kind of life that Matt has made for himself. Life may have thrown him a curveball, but Eli does all that he can for his son. Never letting others in the small town get to him but his son is a strong alpha that needs a role model and circumstances bring Matt back into Eli’s life. What will happen when Matt learns the truth and what will Eli do?

Eli and Matt’s story is a sweet story full of emotions. The author does a nice job of mixing the angst and the love together. The two make a nice couple and I enjoyed seeing them fight for their happy ever after. Their love is strong, and they lean on one another as they figure out just what to do with their lives. Both men are strong and show their true worth throughout the story. Narrator John Solo brings these characters to life nicely and keeps the narrative flowing, keeping the listener engaged all the way to the end.

Second Chances

This is a really cute and sweet second chance romance. Matt is finally ending his arranged marriage and when he runs into Eli, the omega he fell for in college, all the old feelings come rushing back. Eli gave up his future in order to raise the son that Matt doesn't even know about yet. Eli has raised their son on his own with help from his brother and he's not sure he can trust Matt to stick around when his family is against them. I loved watching them reconnecting and rebuilding their relationship throughout the story, not only with each other but with their son as well. The narration was really good. The narrator did a good job with all of the character voices and bringing the story to life.

Second chance to get it right

This book is a great first book in this series. Matt comes from a well-off family that has certain expectations of him, including marrying an appropriate woman. Before he gets married, he falls in love with Eli but has to leave him to marry. Unbeknownst to him, Eli got pregnant and faced his own parent's wrath when he wouldn't say who the father is. Seven years later, Matt is back and divorced and bumps into Eli and his son. Despite not knowing that Eli's son is also his, Matt pursues Eli again.

I really love Eli. He is a strong omega that is doing his best to raise his strong alpha son surrounded by gossip and rumors, but he accepts that he still needs and wants Matt. Matt is a great counterpart to Eli and does a great job allowing Eli to stay strong.

John is a great narrator for this story and is in fact, one of my favorites. At the time of this review, I've listened to the whole series and he does a great job on all of them.

I read this book last year, it was fun to hear it come to life. Great experience :)

Here is where all started!!

In my opinion this series is iconic simply because you can learn a lot of alphas and omegas and Mpreg reading it, so this book is one of my favorites because is where everything started. When you added Ann-Katrin Byrde amazing writing to John Solo’s voice acting, the characters, emotions, romance and more got very much alive, I know is a cliché, but I couldn’t find a better way to describe it. Brilliant!!!
