Thorough and helpful

Thorough and helpful, especially for a short 31 minute audio book! Easy to understand too. I’m convinced, more than ever that my ex is a bonafide classic narcissist! Wish I had the physical book, to use and fill in the workbook questions in the back!

the symptoms of a narcissist

The symptoms help guide me to realize if my spouse is really narcissistic, because he denys he is. I can tell from the list of symptoms that he is most definitely narcissistic.
