A must-read for anyone who wants to be healthy!!!
This book is a great level set book for overall healthy living. No gimmicks or shortcut disasters. The beauty of reading ONE more nutrition book ( this one) is the information is science based, includes straightforward explanation of the food lingo, diet buzz words, diet industry tricks that don't last, and what does work. It won't give you a fast track to weight loss/healthy living, via a trick! However, you will learn a great deal of health and nutrition with cites to the peer reviewed research. I'm grateful for this honest and extremely practical guildbook to healthy food, eating and sleep rhythms, vitamins & supplements, exercise, and living a healthier life with small changes. With a few more changes, life just gets better and better. A+++
