This could have been covered in two paragraphs.
The information could have been written in two paragraphs. The entire book is; every night before you go to bed write down three to five things you're grateful for. If you want it to be more effective Journal for a few minutes also. For even more effect read that list in the morning. Forgive people. That's the entire book. I've have heard it before but usually it's a subheading in chapter of a book. There is not enough information to make it even a short book. The author says I know I'm repeating myself. Repeating yourself in a very short book is not necessary it's filler so you can call an essay a book. He repeats himself a lot. He also references the power of attraction. I did not think I was getting a book on positive thinking attracting things to my life.

Example thank you for me, my life, the air , the house,the location. And on and on things that you would not think to say thank you for. And the chapter on forgiving person that have wronged you in the past. That the bad things in our life were a passion for us, not a henderences. Thanks so much for the book information. Too Masculine of a Delivery
I keep trying to listen to this audio. The content is ok - but not particularly original. I practice gratitude regularly and am always open to new method. There is nothing "gracious" about the delivery of audio book. Perhaps this is one that should be read - not listened too.

Simple steps are often the hardest to do . mark Reklau breaks them down and gives the rationale behind why it’s necessary!
I will start journaling daily and the 3 things daily of what I am grateful for! Though things aren’t perfect Mark Reklau expresses the fact that there is always something to be grateful for!!!
