The audible needs a pdf to illustrate the maps. I bought the kindle version as well because I’m a visual and auditory learner. It works well for me.

Finally, a solution to a problem that was not a diet or complete abstinence, or giving in and resigning to a life of despair. This audiobook was so compelling that I purchased her second book, and then bought both of them in hard copy. What she says is so important because it’s the truth and deep down we all know it. I bought the hardcopy book so that I could start working with the Maps right away, versus having to listen to an audiobook and starting and stopping to write it down. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Shahroo Izadi, and keep sharing this message with as many people as possible. This review is me doing my part to get this message out.

If you’ve been struggling to reach a goal I believe the advice given in this book can guide you over the finish line! The author gives you step by step by directions to create your own action plan with numerous thought provoking exercises. I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from this book!
