Just what I needed

This book showed up at the perfect time. my boyfriend and I hit a big low point in our relationship and we both agreed something needed to change or else we should break up. He worked on establishing a different routine and I read this book. I'm only a few days into the challenge but I've already noticed him doing more around the house. I don't even feel like I've done that much aside from fixing dinner and trying to watch what I say. On day 3 I said i just needed to clean the litter boxes before going to bed. Before I could even get up he got up and started cleaning them, which he rarely does. I praised him greatly and it just made me feel like we really could save this relationship. I've read similar books with similar ideas but this book put it simply enough it made it easier to actually change my behavior. If anything can save our relationship it will be this.

Yes! There may be a lot of things in here that may seem to be common sense, however we can far to often get wrapped up in whatever situation, we forget. "Can't see the forest for the trees." We could all use a reminder from time to time from someone who we can't get made at.

How simple it really is. Far to often its the things that are simple that we miss.

Seems simple but there is more to it

Good audiobook for my commute. Subject of kindness seems so simple but there is kindness we must unleash on ourselves too.

This was an awesome book, however I felt like I have already read it before . Perhaps because I felt as if I was going over the 5 love languages book .
